Refund Policy

Withdrawal and Return

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it via e-mail within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt.

Our policy provides for a deadline for returning goods of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of receipt of the Products. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The Products must be returned intact, unworn, unused and undamaged, with the label or sticker or seal intact and attached to the Product, in their original packaging and complete with the relevant tax documentation.

Without prejudice to the right to verify the above requirements, Atelier pistocchi7. It will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the return at the office.

Returns are excluded if you purchase a customized or tailored suit, made to measure, designed and adapted specifically to the preferences and measurements of the individual.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within 10 days.

Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to atelier.pistocchi7@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: via pistocchi 7A 48018 Faenza RA Italy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.
Shipping

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

If you have doubts about the size or other details, contact Atelier pistocchi7 before purchasing.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
